In 20 hectares of vineyard, we selected a selection of the best Iberian and French varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Alicante Boushet and Aragonez.

Planted in separate sectors according to the slope and nature of the terrain, allowing an adequate management of drip irrigation. The rusticity of the soils, the scarcity of water and the large thermal amplitudes between day and night in the summer, have as a consequence a low productivity per hectare, but I compensation, an excellent quality of the fruit, with palates and intense aromas, fundamental characteristics for the production of good wine.

The grape harvested by hand is selected on a table of choice before being crushed and then subjected to cold thermal shock. All the modern equipment of vinification that equips the winery is in stainless steel and it has thermal control of fermentation.
