Work from the beginning has always focused on looking for old vines in the most genuine and least explored places in the Douro, where there were new stories to tell in the form of wine. It was in the Sopo da Serra do Reboredo (1,000 mts Alt), in Paredes da Beira, at the highest altitude point of the Douro, that everything started. Surrounded by an abundance of granite outcrops, the area has arenite granite soils interspersed with quartz sandstones, altitude between 700 and 1,000 meters, lies on the slopes of the River Távora and has an enviable heritage of centuries-old vineyards, untouchable over time and kept by the tanned hands of years of hard work for generations. This results in wines of great freshness, character and identity!
